JNSC does not accept Self Addressed Stamped Envelopes, Money Orders, Checks, Mailed Cash or CODs as valid forms of payment.
- Available Delivery Options
Standard shipping: This shipping option is available to customers who are purchasing $29 or less and are residents of the United States.
Free shipping: This shipping option is only available to customers who purchase more than $39 and are residents of the United States. (Yes, orders totaling $39.01 are eligible for this option.)
New Customer Shipping Offer: If you're making your first-ever purchase from JNSC, it needs to be at least $50, you need to live in the U.S. and you can get free shipping plus a $10 coupon to use on your next order. (Must select this shipping option to get offer.)
International First Class Package: This shipping option should only be selected by customers who live outside of the United States and have orders weighing 4lbs or less.
International Priority Flat Rate Box: This shipping option should only be selected by customers who live outside the United States and have orders weighing more than 4lbs. (Yes, international orders weighing 4.01 lbs will only ship under this option.)

- Packaging & Shipping
Products will be secured, wrapped, and placed inside of a sturdy shipping box.
All orders are shipped on the following Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Shipping is via USPS with a tracking number and will usually take anywhere from 2 - 5 business days to be delivered in the United States and will require a signature.
Orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States will be shipped via USPS and can take anywhere from 10 - 20 business days (after the date it was shipped) to be delivered.
I am not responsible for packages that arrive later than expected or for boxes that may arrive damaged, as I have no control over that. But, if there is a problem with your shipment, please contact me.
Exclusions apply during major Holidays when shipping carriers will be unavailable.
- Custom Soap Orders
The minimum for custom soap orders is 2lbs. This will yield about 6-10 bars of soap depending on the thickness and shape you prefer. If you would like to request a custom soap order please contact me. Keep in mind that no custom soap order will be shipped until a minimum of 4-6 weeks after its creation has passed, to allow for a proper cure. Sorry, no exceptions.
No special shapes, themes, or color patterns are available. You may choose from the current product scents, pre-set color patterns, and soap shapes (oval, hand-cut rectangle, or rounded-square) already for sale here for the features of your custom order.
When giving details about your custom soap order, please make sure that most of the details are about the actual soap and not, perhaps, the event for which you may be ordering the soap. This will boost the accuracy and efficiency of your order.

- Payment For (Accepted) Custom Orders
Whether a custom order has been requested for an individual or a business, all custom orders require a 50% deposit of the total price, upfront before any work will begin. No exceptions. If the deposit has not been received after 5 business days from the date of invoice, the custom order will be canceled. (Reactivation of a canceled custom order is possible for an additional fee.) This upfront deposit will become non-refundable after 3 calender days (72hrs) of the deposit payment.
The remaining 50% must be paid within 5 business days from completion of the order before the order will be shipped. No exceptions. Please take all time-frames into account before ordering.
Customers will be notified be email, and paypal if applicable, once the order is ready to ship.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days from the date the item(s) were delivered for return authorization before sending the item back. Packages returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
If the individual item seals remain unbroken and have not been tampered with in any way, those item(s) may be eligible to be exchanged for a different item of equal value or store credit for the amount of the purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable, customer pays return shipping. If your return request is approved, store credit or exchange items will be issued/sent only after the item(s) has been received and inspected.
(Due to the nature of the products that I carry, some items are not eligible for exchange or return.)

Please read all ingredients of each product that you plan to purchase, carefully. Neither Jaleesa Nicole Skin Care nor its owner will be held liable for adverse product reactions that occur where all ingredients (including possible allergens) were clearly stated on the product page and product label; but were unknown to you because you chose not to read either before using or before gifting the product.
