RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days from the date the item(s) were delivered for return authorization before sending the item back. Packages returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
(Due to the nature of the products that I carry, some items are not eligible for exchange or return.)

- Are Your Products Vegan and/or Gluten-Free?
Some JNSC products are vegan and/or gluten-free and some are not. Be sure to check the ingredient list and the item notes carefully on each product listing you plan to buy, beforehand.
- Does Your Soap Contain Lye?
Well, yes and no. JNSC soaps are handmade, which means an alkali (aka lye/sodium or potassium hydroxide) must be used or it isn't "true soap," according to the FDA. So, yes, lye is a vital part of the recipe. Once the soaps have cured for an adequate amount of time and completely finished the saponification process, it will be free of any RAW lye. So, no, it will not be harmful or irritating to your skin.
- Will You Create a Custom Bar of Soap for Me?
Yes! The minimum for custom orders starts at 2lbs, which will yield about 6-10 bars of soap depending on the thickness and shape you prefer. If you would like to request a custom soap order please contact me. Keep in mind that no custom soap order will be shipped until a minimum of 4-6 weeks after its creation has passed, to allow for a proper cure. Sorry, no exceptions.
No special shapes, themes, or color patterns are available. You may choose from the current product scents, pre-set color patterns, and soap shapes (oval, rectangle, rounded-square, or rosette) already for sale here for the features of your custom order.
When giving details about your custom soap order, please make sure that most of the details are about the actual soap and not, perhaps, the event for which you may be ordering the soap. This will boost the accuracy and efficiency of your order.

- Available Payment Options
Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Amex, debit cards, and Paypal account. All payment methods will be processed through a secure payment server.
- When Will I Receive My Order?
All orders are shipped on the following Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Packages are sent via USPS with a tracking number & will require a signature. It will usually take anywhere from 3 - 7 business days to be delivered in the United States.
Orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States will be shipped via USPS and can take anywhere from 10 - 30 business days (after the date it was shipped) to be delivered.
Exclusions apply during major Holidays when shipping carriers will be unavailable.
